When will my order arrive?
We typically ship orders at the end of each business week — usually Fridays.
This webstore is lovingly run by us, the band, not a corporate machine. That means we pack, label, and send each order ourselves between rehearsals, tours, and the occasional séance. We do our best to stay on schedule, but since it’s all self-managed, occasional delays may happen.

Do you ship internationally?
Our merch travels across oceans and under moonlight. Just be aware that some customs houses may demand tribute in the form of fees or delays.
Why is your international shipping so expensive?
Ah, the eternal question—right up there with “What is love?” and “Are vampires real?” (We plead the fifth.) Truth is: we run this webstore ourselves without a big merch company or warehouse behind the curtain. Every order is packed and shipped by real human hands — ours! International shipping costs are set by the postal powers-that-be, and sadly, we don’t get bulk rates or spooky discounts.We know it’s pricey. We hate it too. If we could send your order by bat-wing or teleportation circle, we would. (We're still working on it.)
Can I return or exchange something?
As much as we love a dramatic entrance and exit, we do not accept returns or exchanges — unless we’ve made an error in your order. If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right, no necromancy required.
How do I know what size to get?
Size charts live on each product page like friendly ghosts to guide you. When in doubt, consider sizing up for a more relaxed (and stage-ready) fit.
Will sold-out items return?
Some pieces are limited-edition spells—once gone, they vanish into the mist. Others may rise again, reborn.
